| OUR APPROACH |
| Our approach to undertaking assignment
starts with gaining an understanding of the client’s business
and the environment in which it operates. For this purpose, we
normally conduct a brief but broadly based initial diagnostic
review which is aimed primarily at ensuring that the client requirements
are properly understood. We would also at this stage,
determine the assignment’s
priorities so that our work can be properly focused.
Each step in an assignment
is taken in an orderly fashion with emphasis on each step depending
on the nature of the assignment and the client’s precise requirement. If
a multi-disciplinary approach is required, we would draw
an appropriate staff from the relevant department of our
practise. We would identify the analytical methods necessary
for the assignments and agree them with the client. Our assignments
are always headed by a partner who monitors each stage of
the work. His job is to ensure that the resources and experience
of our firm as a whole are deployed to the client’s
best advantage and that a top quality service is delivered.

S.A.
BAMMEKE, FCA
S.A. Bammeke is the Senior Partner. He graduated
in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University , Ile-Ife
in 1982, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria. Mr Bammeke is a council member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Moreover, an Associate
Member of:

of Taxation
>> Institute of Management
He trained with Deloitte Adetona Isichei &
Co., an international firm of Chartered Accountants.
He also worked with Deloitte Isichei & Co., for
over ten (10) years and rose to the post of Senior Audit
Manager before he resigned to set up the firm. He is
married with children. |

IDOWU, FCA
T.A.Idowu is a Partner with effect from January
1st 1995 . He graduated in Business Administration and
holds an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in
June 1983 and June 1986 respectively.

and a fellow member of:

He trained with Deloitte Adetona Isichei & Co.,
an international firm of Chartered Accountants before joining
the firm. He is married with children.

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT I: MR ABIODUN LAJA
He graduated in Economics from the Obefemi Awolowo University
in 1982. An Associate Member of the Institute of Taxation
. He worked with Ferderal Board of Inland Revenue for eleven
(11) years before joining the firm. He is married with children.

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT II. MR YISA ABIONA
Mr Abiona graduated in
Accountancy with a first class Hons. from the Obafemi
Awolowo University in 1987, M.Sc in 1993 from University
of Lagos and an Associate of Institute of Chartered
Accountants . He trained with Deloitte Adetona Isichei
& Co. He worked with Devcom Merchant Bank and D’
Lad Holdings Limited before joining the firm in July,
1997. He is married with children.
